Kimberly C. Gaddis has been asked to speak at the 2009 Dale P. King Seminar sponsored by Lawyers Title Insurance Company and Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company on Friday, December 8, 2009, at 8:00 a.m., at Cobb Galleria Centre, Two Galleria Parkway S.E., Atlanta, Georgia, 30339, on the topic “Obtaining a Loan for Your Community Association in These Tough Economic Times”.

Ashley Miller Lanier has been appointed as the Chair of the Magazine Committee of the Georgia Chapter of Community Association’s Institute beginning January 1, 2010.

Kimberly C. Gaddis has been elected the Vice President/Chair-Elect of the Real Estate Section of the Atlanta Bar Association for 2009-2010.
