In the Profession

Maggie represents condominiums, townhomes, and homeowner associations and acts as general counsel for these corporations throughout the state of Georgia. She assists with interpreting and enforcing corporate governing documents and rules; meetings with directors and members; reviewing, revising and negotiating contracts; recommending preventative measures and changes to corporate practices; and revising governing legal documents and contracts to reduce legal exposure.

In the Community

Maggie is an adjunct faculty member at Georgia State University School of Law and a West-published author. She sits on the Board of Directors of the Atlanta Bar Association and is an active volunteer with the Junior League of Atlanta.
