Community Association Services

Kim Gaddis represents condominiums, townhomes, homeowner associations and cooperatives and acts as general counsel for these corporations throughout the state of Georgia. Her expertise in handling large scale, construction renovation projects, tax appeals, covenant enforcement issues and transitions from developer control make her an asset to her association clients. Kim has identified solutions for owners residing in condominiums adversely affected by the City of Atlanta's water and sewer crisis in recent years. She advises association clients regarding complex insurance, maintenance, easement and boundary line issues which affect common area property in communities. In addition, she also handles commercial loan transactions and helps community association clients obtain renovation loans for repairs and improvements to amenities areas.
